What is the lead time on orders?
If sales is EXW, depending on quantity, it can range between 2 days and 2 weeks. However, we value communication and discussion will be held prior with the customer to make sure we deliver on time.
What is the GIA sample verification process?
Upon request GIA provides sample/s so that the customer can approve if the product is the right fit.
What quality assurance do we have in place?
Depending on customer specific requirements, material certifications (C.O.C’s), inspection reports are available upon request.
Mold re-machining procedure?
We can re-machine the molds should any changes be required, changes to be reviewed on a case by case basis. Also modification to tools can be done should it be deemed necessary.
